Annual Workshop
The 2009 Better Practices Workshop for DataSource participants is scheduled for November 11-13 in Omaha. This conference is limited exclusively to employees of utilities participating in the DataSource.

Customer Services Conference and Expo
Information and opportunities for DataSource demos will be available for AGA EEI member utilities at the AGA EEI Customer Services Conference and Expo, April 5-8, in Orlando.
